2017

It is intended that this year and 2018 will be the year of the windows replacement programme.

Also the Leisure Centre is need of some upgrading  and plans are afoot to start work sometime during 2017

2016

As part of our ongoing program of improvements and upgrades to Elm Quay Court, re-decoration has now taken place of the lobbies  and all 3  lifts replaced.
We do ask all residents to be extra careful when having items delivered that no marks are made on the newly decorated walls and in the new lift ask any workman employed by yourself to be extra careful.
Please ask your porter for special cloths to remove any scuffs. People carrying bicycles to their apartments please take extra care.


2015
Sauna refurbishment complete


Complete re-refurbishment of the lifts in
Blocks 1 and 2 are complete Block 3 due to commence
