Welcome to the Elm Quay Court Website
Elm Quay Court is an established contemporary development containing some of the river’s most popular residences.
With apartments spread over three principal blocks, this stylish building offers luxury riverside living with spectacular views across the River Thames and towards Battersea Park. The apartments benefit from private balconies, secure underground car parking, and fantastic leisure facilities which include a swimming pool, gymnasium and sauna. Many of the apartments have direct river views and spacious walk-in wardrobes.
The buildings have a modern, red brick facade with generous steel and glass wrap around balconies. Described as “elegant river view homes of distinction”, Elm Quay Court is particularly popular with young professionals seeking waterside living within easy reach of the City.
Location
Elm Quay Court is located right on the bank of the River Thames at Nine Elms , Vauxhall, within the London Borough of Wandsworth.
Nine Elms, Vauxhall has a young and lively atmosphere which attracts young professionals, as well as many MPs and civil servants because of its close proximity to the Houses of Parliament and Whitehall. Vauxhall is known for being an open-minded and tolerant area with a well-established gay community and gay pub and club scene.
Nightlife is a bustling affair, with a plethora of music bars, pubs, cabaret venues and after-hours clubs. More relaxed socialising happens along the river path with establishments like The Riverside Bar & Restaurant provides good food and drink with amazing views across the water and over London’s skyline.
