2022-2023

Replacement of balcony doors and windows, a major project taking place over 6-8 months bringing Elm Quay Court up to date.

We are constantly endeavouring to keep the profile of this property fresh, new and complying with all legal and aesthetic requirements.


2021

Replacement of new electric roller shutter garage door due to storm Christoph.


2020

Surviving the worst year known to most of us in our living history with a worldwide Pandemic , It is intended that  2020 /21 will be the year of the partial windows replacement programme and we will replace all of the out of date communal consumer boards, between  2020/2021.


2019

At the Leisure Centre which was in  need of some upgrading  and  at the beginning of November 2019 , refurbishment began  with the renovation of the changing rooms. 


2018

On the maintenance front we repainted the perimeter railings, replaced  emergency exit doors,  added new signage to the entrance of the property, and reinstated the flood lights above the central entranceway.  Earlier in the year, a stairlift was installed giving residents with limited mobility the opportunity to access the pool.

Hyperoptic fitted a routing box to service the customers that opted to use their Fibreoptic broadband and services which gave us high speed broadband.


2017

This year the gardens have been completely redesigned and maintained.
New trees roadside have been planted and the area behind the power networks block raised and replanted.
We also installed a watering system for our flower beds,


2016

Sauna refurbishment complete.

Now with a completely new swedish sauna plus shower room and renovated changing area.


Sept/Oct 2015

Complete re-refurbishment of the lifts in Blocks 1 and 2 are complete Block 3 due to commence early 2016.

As part of our ongoing program of improvements and upgrades to Elm Quay Court, re-decoration has now taken place of the lobbies Description: Lift 1 and one lift replaced so far.We have installed lobby mirrors and console tables in each block . We do ask all residents to be extra careful when having items delivered that no marks are made on the newly decorated walls and in the new lift ask any workman employed by yourself to be extra careful. Please ask your Porter for special cloths to remove any scuffs. People carrying bicycles to their apartments please take extra care.
Description: Work on upgrading the Leisure Centre and replacement / repair  of the windows is now coming to the fore.
